The 4-star Lake Hotel still exhibits the building's original elegant lounges, with open log fires. In 1861, the Lake Hotel hosted Queen Victoria of England during her stay in Ireland. Facilities at the hotel include outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, gym, private tennis courts, pier for boat trips, residents' library, restaurant, lounge and bar. Ring of Kerry/Gap of Dunloe/Dingle Peninsula tours leave the hotel daily at 10:00.

The Castlelough Restaurant, open nightly from 18:30 to 21:00, offers an extensive menu, placing a strong emphasis on local produce and exciting international cuisine. You can also enjoy traditional Irish entertainment from 21:30 on selected nights. For an alternative dining experience, try our Lakeside Bistro, open nightly from 17:30 to 21:00 (Monday - Saturday).
